Mr. Hocutt is an associate who focuses mainly on representing health care providers in actions alleging professional negligence. He has experience defending doctors, hospitals and other health professionals in both state and federal trial courts in Georgia. Mr. Hocutt also has experience in products liability defense work and general liability matters.

Mr. Hocutt is also actively involved as volunteer for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and the Truancy Intervention Project.
