Mary Palma joined Nall & Miller in 1994 after graduating from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, Ms. Palma served as the Thrower Symposium Editor of the Emory Law Journal. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, magna cum laude from Georgia State University in 1989.
Ms. Palma has handled a wide variety of civil litigation with an emphasis on product liability, professional malpractice and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels. Over the last few years, her practice has included representation of a major appliance manufacturer involving the defense of its product lines nationwide. This representation has required special admission to practice before various state and federal courts throughout the country. Ms. Palma's practice includes working with in-house counsel to develop national litigation strategies for the efficient resolution of claims and law suits, including the extensive use of alternative dispute resolution. In her product liability work, she has gained considerable experience with fire, explosion and arson litigation.
Ms. Palma is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. She is admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts, the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
