Kenneth P. McDuffie

Partner

Kenneth McDuffie graduated from Mercer University Law School in 1976 and began his legal career with Georgia Legal Services. In 1980, he founded the firm of Martin & McDuffie. Mr. McDuffie joined Nall & Miller in 1986.

Throughout his career, Mr. McDuffie has concentrated on civil litigation. He is engaged in a diverse civil trial practice, dividing his practice between personal injury, construction law and business litigation. Mr. McDuffie has extensive experience in medical malpractice, tractor trailer litigation, insurance coverage and premises liability. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters and he has handled seven figure cases for both. Mr. McDuffie's business litigation includes banking law, consumer class actions, fraud and federal RICO cases, construction/developer liability, fiduciary liability and real property disputes.
