Upon graduation from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1977, Robert Goldstucker worked with Georgia Legal Services in Savannah. He joined Nall & Miller in 1979. Mr. Goldstucker's emphasis is in medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home liability, premises liability, constitutional law, anti-trust and business litigation. He has been lead counsel in more than 100 trials. Additionally, Mr. Goldstucker represents institutions and professionals in licensing board and staff privilege matters. He is often selected to serve as an arbitrator or mediator. Mr. Goldstucker is a frequent lecturer at legal and medical seminars throughout the United States. He has lectured and written on such topics as trial techniques, discovery and examination of expert witnesses, loss prevention, risk management, legal ethics, medical malpractice, AIDS, dram shop liability, product liability, and legal malpractice. For injured clients, he has obtained nine verdicts or settlements greater than one million dollars.

He has served as chairman of the Products Liability Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Goldstucker also serves as outside counsel to the State Bar of Georgia and is frequently appointed as special prosecutor on behalf of the Bar.

Mr. Goldstucker has a national trial practice requiring admission to various state and federal trial and appellate courts outside of Georgia, including Massachusetts, South Carolina, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Iowa, Washington, Nevada, Delaware, Alabama, New Jersey, Tennessee, Arizona, Wyoming and Mississippi.
